The development is located at 30 Renfrew Road, Kowloon, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong for Hong Kong Baptist University. The site Works is including foundation, excavation, lateral support and pile cap for a new student accommodation hostel.

Period: Commenced on 12-2019 and completed in 03-2021

Large Diameter Bored Pile: total 57 nos. including Dia. 3.3m, 3.0m & 2.5m Bored Piles.

ELSW & Pile Caps: Sheet pile wall with excavation to 6m depth

Notes: School site project, construction of oversized 3.3m diameter piles

 

J150 HKHA Contract No.  20170551 - Foundation Works for Public Housing Development Wang Chiu Road Phase 1

 

The Site of the Works is Public Housing development for 3 numbers of domestic blocks and a podium foundation at Wang Chiu Road, Kowloon.

Period: Commenced on 12-2020 and completed in 10-2022

Large Diameter Bored Piles: 67 nos. large Dia. bored piles up to 90m in depth.

Socketted H-Piles: 144 nos. up to longest 100m in depth.

ELSW & Pile Caps: Sheet pile wall with excavation to 8m depth

Notes: Construction of long bored piles, site located near drainage reserve zone.

 

 

 

J156 HKHA Contract No. 20210470 - Foundation and Site Formation for Redevelopment of Mei Tung Estate (Older Part)

 

The Site of the Works is at existing Mei Tung Estate (Older Part) and at the Open Space abutting the Mei Tung Estate (Older Part) within and adjacent to the vesting order of Mei Tung Estate, in Wong Tai Sin district.

Period: Commenced on 06-2022 and completed in 12-2024

Large Diameter Bored Piles: 172 nos. Dia. 3m bored pile up to longest 85m in depth.

ELSW & Pile Caps: Tie-back and pipe pile wall with excavation to 11m depth

Notes: Construction of long bored piles, site formation works, construction partly on slope ground, near drainage reserve zone.

 

 

J163 ELS, Foundation and Pile Caps Works for Proposed Composite Redevelopment at Nos 45 - 79, Ting Fu Street, Ngau Tau Kok, Kowloon

 

The Site of the Works is a private residential development at Nos 45 - 79, Ting Fu Street, Ngau Tau Kok, Kowloon.

Period: Commenced on 02-2024 and completed in 07-2025

Large Diameter Bored Piles: 8 nos. Dia 3.0m & 2.5m large diameter bored piles up to 90m in depth.

ELSW & Pile Caps: Sheet pile wall with excavation to 6m depth

Notes: Site located within MTRC protection zone.

 

J165 HKHA Contract No. 20230324 - Foundation for Public Housing Development at Wang Cheong Factory Estate, Cheung Sha Wan

 

The Site of the Works is at the south-western part of Cheung Sha Wan. It is bounded by Lai Chi Kok  Road and Tan Lai Street. There are industrial-office buildings to the east, a residential tower to the south, the West Kowloon Corridor to the southwest, Wang Cheong Building to the northwest and Lai Chi Kok Road and education institutions to the northeast.

Period: Commenced on 05-2024 and to be completed in 09-2026

Large Diameter Bored Piles: 58 nos. Dia. 3m bored piles up to 53m in depth.

ELSW & Pile Caps: Sheet pile wall with excavation to 12m depth

The Works including decontamination Works for over 7,000m3 contaminated soil & groundwater by Biopile method during construction of Works.

 

J168 HKHA Contract No. 20240016 - Foundation for Public Housing Development at Tung Chung Area 119, Islands District

 

The Site of the Works is at Tung Chung East New Town Extension area.

Period: Commenced on 09-2024 and to be completed in January 2026

Large Diameter Bored Piles: 80 nos. Dia. 3m, & 2m bored piles up to 70m in depth.

ELSW & Pile Caps: Open-cut Excavation and Sheet pile wall with excavation to 7m depth
