Under this management system, adequate supervision ensures effective execution of safety policies and measures, while regular auditing assesses performance against established standards to identify areas for enhancement. Employees are required to attend mandatory safety training courses and regularly renew their permits, and they are actively encouraged to participate in seminars addressing key safety and health topics, such as requirements for working during inclement weather, healthy lifestyle practices, and related issues.
