EMPLOYMENT AND TRAINING
The Company is steadfastly devoted to empowering our employees, nurturing their full potential through a comprehensive training policy that encompasses two primary streams: in-house training programs and external courses. External training specifically targets Integrated Management System (IMS) competencies, safety and environmental compliance, as well as technical skills development. For instance, technical staff are required to participate in Continuous Professional Development (CPD) training organised by prestigious institutions such as the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers. To address evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices, the Company actively encourages employees to broaden their capabilities through specialised programs, including BEAM Professionals and BEAM Affiliates training and examinations offered by the Hong Kong Green Building Council Limited, and WELL Building Standard initiatives governed by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI).
