PRODUCT RESPONSIBILITY

 

The Company's services are inherently project-based, where effective project management plays a critical role. Business operations are conducted in full alignment with our Integrated Management System (IMS), founded on ISO 9001:2015, which provides a robust framework for maintaining an exemplary quality management system. The establishment of specialised roles : a Project Manager (PM), Design Manager, and Quality Safety Health and Environmental (QSHE) Manager : with clearly defined duties ensures seamless system implementation and delivers exceptional services to our clients.

The Project Manager (PM) is responsible for assessing projects, allocating resources, and developing IMS Project Plans. Where applicable, inspection activities are conducted to uphold standards. To further optimise operational quality and efficiency, a comprehensive monitoring and measurement equipment list is maintained, detailing records of measurement results and equipment status.

The Design Manager is accountable for planning, controlling the design, and overseeing project development. This role includes reviewing projects and managing interfaces between personnel and departments to ensure effective communication.

Additionally, the QSHE Manager assesses customer satisfaction through continuous meeting results, customer complaints, and the number of nonconformities, collectively driving system efficacy, operational excellence, and superior client outcomes.
